You can sign up through our website, the Mindbody App or we can register you when you come to class.
A great place to start is Gentle Flow, Slow Flow, Yoga Fusion, Deep Stretch or Restorative Yoga.
While drop-ins are always welcome, we recommend that you sign up for classes beforehand to secure your spot, especially for popular classes.
Consistency is key and regular practice can have profound benefits on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A committed once-a-week practice will have a noticeable impact. With 2-3 classes a week, you’ll soon see and feel the transformation that Yoga and Aerial can bring.
Bring water to stay hydrated, a yoga mat if you have one, and a towel. In case you forget your mat, we have a limited number available for you to use during your practice.
Athletic clothing or clothing that does not restrict your movement.
We advise not eating heavy meals at least two hours before class. If you need to eat before class, have something light like fruit or nuts.
