    Due to the popularity of our aerial classes, if registration for aerial is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of class, we reserve the right to apply a $10 cancellation fee.

    Creative Flow is uniquely structured and sequenced, inviting you to explore new poses, variations and transitions. You can always expect a moderately paced practice linking breath with movement.

    Deep stretch is an active class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Postures are held for longer periods of time to allow for a deep opening and reduced tension throughout the body.

  • Deep Stretch with Sound Experience

    Deep stretch classes target primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. Yoga postures are held for extended periods to allow for a deep opening and reduced tension throughout the body. This special Deep Stretch class includes an extended Savasana, which includes crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes, leaving you feeling physically, mentally, and energetically rejuvenated. Get ready for a practice that will benefit your joint health, flexibility, circulation and mental well-being. Class is heated to 80 degrees.
