  • Dynamic Deep Stretch

    Dynamic Deep Stretch blends slow, intentional movement with deep grounding stretches. Class begins with gentle mobility work to warm muscles, then eases into longer holds that release tension and create real space in the body.

    A perfect class for anyone looking to improve mobility and flexibility.

  • Deep Stretch

    Deep stretch targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. Postures are held for longer periods of time to allow for a deeper opening and reduced tension throughout the body. Get ready for a practice that will benefit your joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental well-being.

  • Deep Stretch with Sound Experience

    This special Deep Stretch class targets the primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back.
    Postures are held for extended periods to allow for a deep opening and reduced tension throughout the body. Class ends with an extended Sivasana and sound experience which includes crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes, leaving you feeling physically, mentally, and energetically rejuvenated.

  • Gentle Flow

    A series of gentle postures that are held for longer periods to allow for gradual release. Variations and props will be offered to accommodate all levels of flexibility and comfort.
    This class is ideal for those seeking a slower-paced practice to ease tension, and improve flexibility and balance while creating a sense of inner peace.

  • Gentle Sculpt

    Through a series of gentle postures we will use light weights and controlled movements to mindfully strengthen the entire body while supporting proper alignment and breath. Variations and props will be offered to accommodate all levels of flexibility and comfort. Perfect for all levels - especially those looking for a gentle yet effective way to build strength.

  • Power Flow

    A dynamic practice rooted in the principles of Baron Baptiste's Power Yoga. This class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and focus through a challenging sequence of postures meant to build heat and endurance.

    This high-energy class with upbeat music combines the intensity of strength training with power flow. This class is designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and improve flexibility using body weight and light hand weights.     Pilates Flow is a dynamic class that fuses the strength and core stability of Pilates Mat work with the mindful movement and flexibility of yoga. Through the use of resistance bands, weights, pilates rings , pilates ball, and blocks, along with a seamless flow of postures, breath work, and controlled movements, you’ll build strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility.
